Kick off your shoes and head over to the Stand Up To Cancer Beach, premiering this year at the Isle of Wight Festival. Stand Up To Cancer, in collaboration with Channel 4 and Cancer Research UK, is the festival’s official charity partner for 2016. The money raised through the partnership will fund translational cancer research that will help beat cancer sooner and save more lives, more quickly.
On the Stand Up To Cancer Beach, escape to the nostalgia of a traditional British seaside scene, filled with brightly coloured buckets and spades, beach huts, parasols and Aunt Sally boards for the all-important photo opportunities. Throughout the weekend, get ready to get sandy in one of our beach Zumba and Yoga classes, Bear Grylls Survival Training sessions, or if you’d rather chill out – relax in a deck chair to the summer sounds of our Beach DJ, and wind down at the evening Glow Show. Tell us who you Stand Up To Cancer for by leaving a personal message in memory or celebration of someone special on our wall, and keep a look out for our many brilliant volunteers, who will be collecting donations and selling lots of goodies all weekend in aid of the campaign.

Ever wondered what happens to your suitcase as it disappears mysteriously down the luggage chute? Ever wanted to check-in for a spontaneous journey to unknown destinations?
Head to the BA check-in desk on Friday or Saturday and take a trip behind the scenes to discover the secret world of BA Access All Areas.
What will you find? Well, only those brave enough to make the journey will reap the rewards for their adventurous spirit. But with resident DJs in situ until the early hours and flights from London Gatwick to New York, Peru, Cape Town and Costa Rica up for grabs, this is a backstage party not to be missed.
If the unbelievable line up of music around the Festival isn’t enough for you, there’ll also be world class football, as all the action from Euro 2016 will be screened live in the BT Sport Field of Dreams, fans can catch every kick, card and corner during the Festival on our big screens.
Throughout the weekend you’ll also be given a chance to watch the now legendary 2004 Isle of Wight Festival performance from David Bowie; as well as highlights from other Festival acts who have played in previous years. We’re screening Blood Orange, the new film from Iggy Pop & will have pop-up performances from some class DJs.

Cirque de la Quirk is returning to The Isle of Wight Festival with a BANG!
Following on from the success of last year’s Cirque de la Quirk stage takeover it's back - and this time… for the whole weekend!
Over the weekend of 9th-12th June, festival goers will get the chance to step into a worry free nonsensical world. From live body painting to strutting your stuff in their popular dance off, there is something for all ages, shapes and mental states at the Circus!
You’ll be able to experience the Backstage Creation Tent, aimed to relax and rest your ringing ears by hunkering down on bean bags and pillow pits or getting involved with colouring therapy, creative workshops and face painting.
Head to the Wonky Races Tent to spice up the weekend with silly, challenging and competitive games, before heading to the pièce de résistance: The Main Stage! Compered by Cirque’s very own Jackie Jibbles and Madame Molly, Cirque de la Quirk will have musical treats to get everyone bouncing and dancing for the whole weekend. Electric Swing Circus, Dub Pistols, Benny Page, Far Too Loud and Freear (Slamboree DJ set) are just a few of the artists lined up to grace the Cirque, along with circus performers from the wonderful people at Forgotten Circus. There’ll be enough to make the most statuesque of tail feathers wiggle with verve and vigour!
Plus, to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday and Queen + Adam Lambert’s headlining slot on the Sunday, Cirque de la Quirk will be hosting a special tongue-in-cheek, very English (and slightly rowdy) tea party! Think bunting, chaps and moustaches with a dollop of electro swing beats provided by Cirque’s lovable favourites, Miles Metric and the Rumpsteppers!

Iconic Tennessee whiskey Jack Daniel’s and Britain’s biggest rock ‘n’ roll night, This Feeling will return to this year’s festival to give a stage to great upcoming talent. The specially curated Jack Rocks This Feeling stage will feature exciting breakthrough acts, headlined by Yak, a noisy post-punk London trio, Little Comets, an alternative indie rock band and the thunderous sounds of Broken Hands. There will be live music till late, then DJs will take to the decks to keep the party going until the early hours.
Jack Daniel’s prides itself on working with musicians, promoters, venues and festivals who believe in the power of real live music. Many of the acts on last year’s Jack Rocks stage are now playing on increasingly large stages, proving that Jack Rocks is a place where you can discover some of the best new talent first.

It's the summer of the Tia Espresso Ice! Look out for 'Cool Beans’ - a classic milk float with a Tia Maria twist that's delivering the brand new, delicious Tia Espresso Ice to thirsty festival-goers. Go for a good old fashioned knees-up & sing-along in style in the vintage surroundings of the Intoxicated Tea Rooms. There’s bunting galore, head-scarves and pinnies with a few outrageous ‘dollies with trollies’ behaving badly; scrumptious snacks and cakes, luscious cups of calming tea or fresh and fabulous cocktails or try the famous shmokin’ tea pot cocktail.
Be warned; this is no ordinary village tea rooms; traditional fun and frolics, a tad provocative on occasions but always filled with music, dance and audience participation!
Back by huge popular demand, our now very famous Bunker will be gracing the back yard at the Tea Rooms. With the glamorous bunker girls with curls; the bunker boys with toys; and all with that massive camaraderie and good ‘ole’ sing song; will you be there when the air raid strikes? The Intoxicated Tea Rooms will be filled with the live vintage sounds of Swing, Jazz, Electro Swing and an energetic line up of tantalizing burlesque and host of bands, DJs and swing dance performances and workshops and lots more! Hey Joe has everything from the raw talent of new up-and-coming bands to Beats and Swing sessions and headline DJ sets!
Right next door you can enjoy a rocking breakfast, the perfect cure for the shenanigans that went the night before (if you can face it) – lounge around on the comfy sofas, or out in the peace garden that’s a little bit of heaven and get it all together again.

The Hipshaker Lounge is an Isle of Wight Festival institution and we're back again for another fantastic year, but this time in a new location. We've moved home which gives us the opportunity to throw an amazing house-warming party for everyone, and have we got a cracking line-up for you ......... Acts that pay tribute to some of the greatest artists ever, some out-of-sight, vintage inspired original bands and top DJs spinning the coolest tunes on chunky black vinyl records .... the way it's supposed to be! Fat slabs of Soul, Funk, Disco, Ska, Reggae, Indie, Punk, Rock ’n’ Roll, New Wave, Britpop, Motown and more. If it’s great, vintage music, it'll be on the decks.
And we don’t just create the best party vibe, we have dance lessons too and, for the first time, we are having our very own Burlesque show which the Hipshaker boys and girls can't wait for! Hard Rock Cafe is ready to rock The Isle of Wight Festival this year from 9-12 June 2016 as the Hard Rock Stage returns once again. Hard Rock Cafe is excited to be partnering with the legendary festival for a third year, as it prepares to showcase music’s most exciting rising stars. The Hard Rock Stage, curated by Hard Rock and The Isle of Wight Festival, promises an epic line up of new and undiscovered acts all raring to play to thousands of festival goers over one truly unmissable weekend this summer.
This year’s Hard Rock Stage line up of 30 awesome acts includes Starsailor’s James Walsh, singer-songwriter Ben Montague, Laurence Fox whose debut album ‘Holding Patterns’ is out now, country singer Lucy May, duo Daughters of Davis, rock n roll brothers from Glasgow The River 68’s, indie folk rockers King Eider, singer songwriter Andrea Riso and much more. We have amazing band's to suit everyone's taste from pop to rock.
The Electro Love Bar has Giant Rubik cubes, BMX bikes, UV lights and Bubble Parties. This is just a small taste of what’s in store for you!

KidZone 2016 is going to be jam-packed with fun and entertainment for all ages, so come and party with us and show the kids a good time!
On the the KidZone Stage this year we have stars of Channel 5’s hugely popular pre-school strand Milkshake! Milkshake presenters Jen and Derek, together with their friend Milkshake Monkey will perform their successful Bop in the Park show. There’s also Noisy Oyster Theatre with their spectacular show “The DaSilva Marionette Circus Troupe”, physical theatre from stunt clown and mime-artist Wolly, magician Huxley with his jam-packed Family Show, The Sparkle Fairies Hula Disco, Wonky Races with “Be a DJ” sessions and the kids themselves with our popular Kids Talent Show.
In our Craft Tent, kids can get busy make anything from recycled headdresses, ribbon twirlers, badges, lavender bags, flags and windmills, to their own set of circus poi. We also have Daemon and Doppelganger with clay modelling, Festival Sticker Art with sticker creations, The New Carnival Company with costume making, and Forest Schools using natural materials - all running day long workshops so that children get a chance to make things from a wide variety of different materials, and take their creations home.
For more active entertainment, Ryde Extreme Performers will be running Circus workshops in juggling, poi, diablo, plate-spinning, devil sticks and even stilt-walking!
Kids can get into the festival spirit with an outfit from the fabulous Kids Dressing Up Tent, or head off to the Face-Painting and Tattoo Tent for some festival style decoration, and then leap in front of the photo wall, grab a prop and strike a pose!
For little ones there’s a dedicated Toddler Tent where Creation Station will be running fabulous art and craft sessions, and Rhythm Time will be making music and singing songs. In our Chill Out tent we’ll have a little library, toys, story-telling, rugs and cushion to relax on and a baby changing area.
With story-telling, adult colouring-in, a collective painting, Lego, people-powered rides in the shape of Swingboats and Chairoplanes, bubbles, and balloon-modelling we just can’t stop ourselves adding more and more into the mix!
Come and put a smile on your faces in the Kids Zone, and remember it’s all for free!
Now in its ninth year, Kashmir Café is a firm favourite at the Isle of Wight Festival. Kashmir Café is run by Island volunteers and all profits go to Quay Arts, the Island's charitable Arts Centre. We pride ourselves on featuring performances from the very best musicians from the island, as well as the highest quality acts from across the UK and beyond.
Kashmir Café brings you the best the Island has to offer, including Island-brewed real ale, gravity-poured from the barrel, Island-roasted fresh coffee and specialist Cherry Beer. We also have delicious homemade vegetarian food available from our Island-based vintage double-decker bus Tansy's Pantry.
We are situated in the heart of the festival site, and regulars to the Isle of Wight Festival will tell you that Kashmir Café is the perfect drop-in place to discover some of the best music you can find, while you refresh yourself with some of the best food and drinks, and relax in our beautiful beer garden.
Tim Peaks Is back for the 4th year and taking up residence, as usual, in the Hey Joe tent, bringing you damn fine coffee amazing cakes, a record shop and freshly pressed juice every day of the festival. On the Saturday and Sunday Tim Burgess has put together the line up and it's as exciting as ever. In the past they've featured appearances from The View, Suzanne Vega, Sleaford Mods and Nick Heyward. This year indie legends The Nightingales are joined by Sunderland upstarts Frankie & The Heartstrings. Cabbage, one of the most talked about new bands will be putting in an appearance alongside The beautiful Welsh language post rock of Yucatan - they'll be open till 2am with some of the best DJs to grace the festival. So, yeah, from first thing in the morning to very late at night, Tim Peaks will always have something going on, you'll find us at The Bowie Disco should you need us.

It is amazing that there is a major festival that really cares about young musicians and this is exactly what the Platform One Stage is all about.
The stage is programmed and run by Platform One College of Music, offering the opportunity for young emerging bands, artists and DJs to perform an eclectic and diverse mix of new and original music. There will certainly be something for everyone.
Six incredible YouTube artists will perform exclusive live sets over the weekend on the Platform One Stage.
The introduction of YouTube artists to The Isle of Wight Festival 2015 marks a first for both the festival and the video-sharing platform, and the first time YouTube artists have done festival performances in this manner. These performances will take place on the Platform One stage, which gives a platform for young unsigned talent at The Isle of Wight Festival each year. Platform One is a not for profit youth arts organisation based on the island.
The South's biggest commercial radio station is bringing along its unique Hop On Inn – a classic 1966 Routemaster Bus which has been converted into a pub. What could be better than owning a radio station AND a pub!
Jump onboard this quirky venue for a drink or two enjoying great views across the site from the top deck. Backed by Wave 105's radio output including "old skool" house classics on Friday and Saturday evening's "Floor Fillers" Show plus Sunday's award winning "Teenage Kicks" show. That's three hours of rarely heard classics from the late 70s and early 80s including New Wave, New Romantic, Punk, Reggae, Two Tone, Goth & more.
