Disabled customers are welcome at the Isle of Wight Festival and our staff will be on hand to assist you during the weekend. Please be aware that the Festival is on a green field site and some areas will be hard to negotiate particularly in poor weather conditions.

Before booking, you need to decide if you want to camp.

Please then book your ticket with Ticketmaster online or call the Ticketmaster Special Access number 0800 988 4440.

You cannot book a Disabled ticket from any ticketing agent other than Ticketmaster. Full details of the various access options available to you are listed below.

Once you have booked your ticket, you will need to complete our booking form, which you can download here and submit to us at IOWDisabled@solo.uk.com. Please only tick the boxes that reflect what you have booked through Ticketmaster. Once the platform and campsite and parking near the Main Stage at Gate A6 are sold out we are unable to accommodate additional customers, but customers can still book a special access ticket and apply for a free carer ticket and non-campers will be able access the Festival via Gate A6.

View from the Disabled Viewing Platform

There is a designated camping field with its own car park, special access loos and showers. Although the site is flat and generally easy to get around, please be aware that the ground conditions may cause problems in certain areas. If you would like to bring a campervan and camp in the disabled campsite please purchase a campervan permit through the Ticketmaster website if you are buying online via the new Disabled Access online booking page or by calling 0800 988 4440. Please do not turn up on spec in a campervan without a permit as we will not be able to accommodate you.

If you are disabled and want to camp in the Main Campsite, you can still apply for a carer ticket and to use the disabled loos.

There is a viewing platform for Disabled customers located next to the Main Stage. Please be aware that this is the only viewing platform on the Festival site, the Big Top does not have a viewing platform. You can apply for a space on the viewing platform, whether you are a Camper or a Non-Camper. This entitles you and a carer (if you have one) access to the viewing platform. Please do not apply for the platform unless you are a wheelchair user or have difficulty standing as there is limited space.

If you are coming to the Festival as a Non Camper you can park your car in the main Festival car parks. You can buy your car parking ticket on the day, but we recommend that you book it in advance when buying your Festival ticket. Please be aware that the car parks are located a fair distance from the main entertainment fields.

We offer a limited number of parking spaces in a car park behind the Main Stage at Gate A6 for Blue Badge holders. You will need to apply for one of these, when booking your Festival ticket. Please be aware that these are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Alternatively, you can arrange to be dropped off at Gate A6 and enter the Festival from there which brings you into the Main Arena.

Disabled customers are entitled to apply for one free carer ticket. The carer must be at least 18 years as at 21 June 2018.
