The Isle of Wight Festival Weekend ticket allows you to camp all weekend in our 180 acre campsite that runs alongside the River Medina. When you arrive, follow the arches through the campsite, pick a field and pitch your tent. All the fields are named after colours so it’s easy to find your way back to your tent at the end of the night.

The Campsite opens at 12 noon on Thursday 8 June 2017 and closes at 2pm on Monday 12 June 2017.

There will be Stewards and Security to help you if you have any questions. Alternatively, drop in to see our Welfare team on the Campsite if you need them.

There are loos, drinking water and showers in the Campsite. There are also a number of food outlets and bars to enjoy before you head in for the main entertainment.

Campervan Info

On-Site Campervan Info

There is a separate area for campervans in the Campsite - please note NO CARAVANS are allowed! An additional tent or awning is fine as long as it all fits into a 7m x 7m plot.

You need to buy a Weekend Ticket (Adult, Student, Teen) for each member of your party to access the Festival as well as a Campervan pass to park your vehicle in this area. Both of these must have been purchased in advance.

For information about Disabled access please click here.

There is a Family Camping field, which provides a secure area where families with young children can enjoy a quieter and more relaxed experience. It has its own loos and designated security.

You need to book in advance to stay in the Family field – you can’t just turn up. Sign up is free and on a strictly limited first come first served basis.

Please note that the Family fields are for tents only and not for Campervans or any type of vehicles.

NB: All Isle of Wight Festival tickets include camping, you can register for Family Camping with Weekend Adult, Student or Teen or Islander Rate tickets.

Back for its sixth splendid year at the Isle of Wight Festival, we are once again proud to announce that booking for the RESPECT camping field, where you can camp knowing that you are taking care of the environment and those around you, will open at 10am Wednesday 18th January.

Respect is still FREE! - However, Respect is so popular at the festival, and our space is so limited, that we've had to make some changes in the way that you reserve a space here, so please read the instructions on the booking page carefully before you book.

You can gain access to this beautiful field with its unique vibe and community of like-minded people, by signing up here when Respect goes live, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and to the Tent Commandments. We ask you to abide by this code of conduct, and at the end of the festival take your tent and all your belongings away with you.

Good luck and hope to see you there.

Love Your Tent team x

Here's a couple of pointers to make sure you have all the information needed ready, and to help make booking a space in Respect easier this year......

  • You need to reserve a separate ticket for everyone coming along in the booking in their own name, as everyone will be asked to show their photo id once at the festival to get into Respect. There's a maximum number of 10 people per booking, and we can't accept any duplicate bookings or bookings for more than one person using just a single name for each ticket.
  • You'll be asked to put in the reference number of the Isle of Wight Festival Weekend Camping tickets - if you only have one reference number covering the whole party booking you'll need to enter this in each box attached to each ticket.
  • You'll be asked to click if your the person bringing a tent along - there's a maximum of three tents per booking - and then to agree to the usual Respect terms and conditions.

We hope this makes it easier and more straightforward for you to reserve a space this year, and look forward to seeing you all again in June.

NB: All Isle of Wight Festival tickets include camping, you can register for respect with Weekend Adult, Student or Teen or Islander Rate tickets.
