Having been together for over half a century, 2026 marks another significand landmark in The Cure's career as they picked up 2 Grammy awards at the ceremony in LA last night.
The legendary band, and 2026 Sky presents Isle of Wight Festival headliner, won prizes for 'Best Alternative Music Album for Songs of a Lost World, and 'Best Alternative Music Performance' for Alone.
Songs of a Lost World marked the 14th studio release from the band, but the first in 16 years, and has also seen the band nominated for Album of the Year, Group of the Year, and Alternative/Rock Act at the 2025 Brit awards.
Their performance at Sky presents the Isle of Wight Festival 2026 will be the first opportunity to see them in the UK in 2026.
